3-D printing and similar

We offer 3-D printing as well as SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), and sterolithography, all according to which will be best for your part design.

Prototype injection molding

For plastics, rubber and most silicone and urethane/polyurethane requirements, injection molding from a "soft alloy" prototype mold is the gold standard for a real world part in terms of appearance, durability and environmental exposure properties. It's more expensive than 3-D printing but at the least, it is noticeably more durable and with better appearance. Yet, it is still much less expensive than production tooling.

Open mold casting

For some urethane and silicone requirements, usually larger and/or short run parts, open mold casing offers a cost effective way to prototype. Urethane and silicone can be cast from liquid form, which is what makes this method practical for casting. Tooling is usually less expensive than a prototype injection mold.
